Zach Cooley
Staff Mechanical Engineer
Zach has five years of experience managing and working on a variety of water, civil, and environmental engineering projects as well as general construction projects. He has worked with many federal and municipal clients throughout the Northwest, serving as the project manager, field engineer, surveyor, and construction manager on the design and construction of large fish habitat, river restoration, bank stabilization, and heavy civil projects with construction budgets ranging between $25K to $5M. As an integral part of his responsibilities, Zach has led coordination activities and management efforts with a variety of federal, state, and local regulators.
He has experience working in the field as both a construction manager and an engineer assisting with design and project management. His ability to work in a multitude of environments and as the front line of communication with a variety of stakeholders in complex situations has resulted in successful, cost-effective solutions for his clients.

Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boise State University and maintains OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
